- Evan A. Brett - Evan has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with Royal LePage Wolstencroft since July 1972. During his tenure with Wolstencroft Realty, he has served as an associate broker, broker and manager. He began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1974. In 1986, Evan received the Professional Award of the Year from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB). In 1990, Evan received the Award of Merit from the Commercial Division of FVRB.
As well as being a director of V.W.R. Capital Corp, Evan sits on the Credit Committee. Prior to being a part of V.W.R., Evan was a director of Homewood Mortgage Investment Corp.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Education from Simon Fraser University. He has served as a director of the FVREB for nine years.
- Arnold P. Chadney - Arnold is a retired registered Professional Engineer. He has been involved as an investor and director with V.W.R. Capital Corp. for over 10 years. He has been a resident in the Langley area for over 20 years.
- James H. Dunnigan - Jim is a recently retired Vice President of TD Bank with an extensive background in Corporate and Real Estate finance. Jim obtained a BSC Chemistry from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1975 and in 1977 obtained an MBA from McGill University in Montreal.
In 1977, Jim joined TD Bank and over his 33-year career, he has held various Executive positions from Corporate Banking in Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles. In 1998, he assumed responsibility as VP Commercial Banking in Vancouver and oversaw Business lending, as well as, Real Estate finance throughout British Columbia.
Jim has served on various Boards including Paladin Securities, Heart & Stroke, Leaders of Tomorrow and Take a Hike Foundation. He is past president of BC Risk Management Association.
- Cary Eden, CA - Cary currently resides, and has resided, in the Fraser Valley for over 40 years. He has been a Chartered Accountant since January 1982 and is a Partner in Meyers Norris Penny (MNP). MNP is Canada’s largest western-based accounting firm and the seventh largest nationally with over 50 offices across the country.
Cary has direct industry experience in construction in both a senior management and ownership role. In his capacity as a Chartered Accountant, he serves a wide variety of businesses including real estate development, construction, forestry, automobile and equipment dealers, medical and dental practitioners, among others.
- K.C. McPherson - K.C. is a land developer in the upper Fraser Valley. K.C. owned and managed a successful real estate brokerage firm for nine years. He has been involved with V.W.R. since inception as a director and corporate secretary.
- Gordon Zacher - Gordon is a retired Partner in BDO Canada LLP, Chartered Accountants, having served 30 years with the Langley office. Currently he is the President of the George Preston group of companies.
Gordon has been a resident of Langley since 1961 and has been a volunteer with various community organizations. Currently he is the Chair of Township of Langley Community Safety Committee and the Director of Administration of the Township of Langley 2010 BC Summer Games Society.
