Don has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.  He left Simon Fraser University after three years to embark on a twenty year career with a major Canadian Chartered Bank.  His responsibilities included residential lending, commercial and agricultural lending as well as various levels of branch management.  When Don left the bank to join V.W.R. Capital Corp. he was managing a $150,000,000 portfolio of commercial and agricultural loans in the Upper Fraser Valley.

Currently Don is the Vice-President of V.W.R. Capital Corp.  Don’s responsibilities include residential underwriting, assisting with the day-to-day and long-term management, investor recruitment, foreclosure management and broker servicing.

As well, Don is the Vice-President and General Manager of CENTUM Universal Financial Services Inc., an affiliated mortgage brokerage company responsible for the management, growth and quality control of services he provides.

Don holds a Fellowship through the Institute of Canadian Bankers along with a Canadian Investment Manager designation.  He regularly attends courses and seminars related to the mortgage lending industry to stay fully current for clients.
